I just returned from a long weekend in Breckenridge, CO and wanted to share the local vegan eats I enjoyed during my stay! While there aren't many strictly plant based restaurants in Breck, I was able to find some great options. That said, some places were more accommodating than others, so hopefully my legwork and experience can save you some time and hassle if you ever visit on your own!

Lolo Juice

Lolo Juice is a great little juice bar and eatery in Breck. I love starting my day with a green smoothie, and upon finding out our rental did not have a blender (or in fact, that I missed it behind a stack of dish) I headed to Lolo our first morning for an Imperial Smoothie and Super Food Brew. I also picked up some of their energy balls to bring with us on the slopes!

Clint's Bakery

While exploring downtown Breckenridge, my aunt and I stumbled upon Clint's simply because we needed reprieve from the cold, blustery day. As luck would have it, they have tons of vegan baked goods (I may or may not have gotten all three vegan cookie options..) and a selection of plant milks for any of your coffee needs!

Coconut Milk Latte

Piante Pizzeria

Piante is a completely plant based pizza parlor in Downtown Breckenridge. After a long day of  skiing, our whole group was all to eager to cancel our fancy dinner reservation and hang at home with some take out pizza. I was so excited when everyone agreed to go vegan with me, and we ordered a few options from Piante, including the White, Pesto and BQQ pizzas, as well as some jalapeno poppers!

For a high end dining experience in Breckenridge, Ember is a great choice. While their vegan options are not extensive, they do always have one vegan entree offering. It's nice to at least know that there is something interesting on the menu you can eat (unlike the plain baked potato I had at another restaurant).

The night I visited Ember, the vegan option was a dish of coconut lentils, roasted cauliflower and curry sauce. It was really yummy, and I was grateful to have an interesting vegan option!

Breckenridge Ski Resort - The Overlook Restaurant

I cannot explain to you how shocked I was during a lunchtime ski break when I found VEGAN ramen in a ski lodge! With soba noodles, lemongrass and ginger broth, and tons of yummy topping options, I couldn't have been happier!

Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the other lodges, so if you have you choice - choose The Overlook.

Whole Foods Market - Frisco, CO

While it's not exactly a restaurant, WFM is a great place to stop on your way into Breckenridge from Denver. Luckily, our rental house had a great kitchen, so I was able to stock up and have plenty of vegan food on hand!

Places I wanted to try, but didn't make it to:
